You won't need to worry when traveling on the wide, deserted highways. You are free to test your driving prowess and drive the automobile at any pace. You should choose the "change car" button at the bottom left of the screen to change the vehicle. Click C to switch to a different camera and carry on as if you were driving. To steer the automobile in the direction of your destination, use your keyboard.
